EVENT T&Cs

All tickets purchased online direct from CATB via PayPal are non refundable and non replaceable if lost (if lost by courier we'll help find/replace), stolen, destroyed or you simply 'can't make it now'.  If a support act/special guest pulls out of any advertised event these tickets are also non refundable as they are sold as main headline act/event tickets.  Tickets are refundable in the event of a complete cancellation of the advertised event should a reschedule not take place.

Tickets for Barrowlands are sent Recorded/Special Delivery. If not signed for and not collected at local depot they will be returned to Glasgow Barrowland and it's then your responsibility to collect from box office or on the night of the concert, or before.

Tickets via other methods i.e. Tickets Scotland, eventbrite, tickets.ie, brownpapertickets etc. are purchased in coordination with their terms and conditions.

Tickets for gigs/functions not directly organised by CATB are purchased via the T&Cs of the event in question and you should contact wherever or whoever you purchased tickets from.

*Please don't buy tickets from a 2nd party and risk being scammed. There will also be no refunds if a concert/gig is cancelled.  Facebook scams in particular are constant once a gig is sold out so please be extra careful. We urge you to get tickets from official outlets and links on our website.
